How to Kiss Without Nervousness, Anxiety, or Tension Using 3 Easy-to-Follow Steps

Kissing someone can be a downright daunting and scary thought, especially for men because so much is riding on the line. Have one bad first kiss and you can (pardon the pun) kiss your chances with a woman goodbye. Many ladies confess that they judge a lot about a man based on how well (or poorly) he kisses.
Sexual appeal, confidence, compatibility... much of those elements are directly tied into the act of kissing. With that in mind, it's easy to see why a man would be nervous or tense about kissing an attractive woman for the first time. And nothing can ruin a kiss faster than a case of the "first time jitters."
So, the question remains: how does a guy passionately kiss a woman minus the nervous shakes and sweaty palms?
Easy... Just remember these 3 proven steps and follow them when the time comes...
1. Breathe Easy...
The body responds to tense and/or exciting situations by increasing our heart rate, releasing certain chemicals throughout our system, and adjusting our breathing patterns accordingly. Many times, this response comes in handy (such as experiencing an adrenalin rush during the last portion of a sporting event) but for kissing, it's a rather unnecessary and inconvenient reaction.
Reverse this effect by taking deep breaths and concentrating on slowing your heartbeat. However, you should be discreet while doing this. I'm fairly certain a woman wouldn't be turned on by watching you practice your breathing exercises.
2. Relax your mind...
Tip 1 dealt with a lot the physical aspects (such as breathing patterns) of removing nervousness and anxiety... Tip 2 deals with more of the mental side. Get your mind prepared for the upcoming kiss by thinking positively about the situation.
Don't think about what will happen if she turns you down. Instead, think about what will happen after she experiences her first mind-blowing, toe-curling, passion-filled kiss with you. Get in the right mindset and STAY there!
3. Start Slow...
If, after using tip 1 and tip 2, you're ready to make the kiss but still find that you have a little nervousness and/or tension, following tip 3 will certainly give you the push you need to make the kiss happen. To eliminate this last bit of anxiety and uncertainty, kiss her on a nearby body part instead of on the lips.
For instance, you can do this by embracing her, placing your cheek next to hers, and kissing somewhere around that area... It can be the earlobes, neck, jawline, whatever. Next, start kissing closer and closer toward her lips. If you notice her head turning slightly to yours, then there's a VERY good chance she's willing to be kissed.
